Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email and a hashed password (we never store plain-text passwords).
• Purchase data: which leads you bought, amounts, timestamps and payment references. Card/UPI details are handled entirely by our payment provider (Razorpay) and never touch our servers.
• Messages: anything you send via the contact form or email.
• Usage data: standard server logs and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics about page visits.

How we use it

• To operate your account, deliver purchased leads and provide support.
• To send transactional messages (receipts, account notices). We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing email without your consent.
• To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.

Where it lives

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure (Railway; PostgreSQL) with encryption in transit. Access is restricted to the operator of the service.

Your choices

• You can request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time by writing from your account email.
• Deleting your account removes your personal data; purchase records may be retained where required for accounting and tax law.
